Operate efficiently as a synchronized team with your accompanying support vehicle. The Driver Partner transports the customer in the customer's vehicle while the Assistant Driver follows in the support vehicle to retrieve the Driver Partner upon trip completion.
Receive the agreed Driver Partner share of eligible trip charges, together with 100% of customer tips, subject to the Driver Partner Agreement. Payments for trips completed during each Monday-to-Sunday settlement period are processed on the following Friday, subject to reconciliation and the final payment-system design.
Trips will be monitored by the RYDEX Operations Centre during operating hours, with defined emergency-escalation procedures and approved response partners established before launch.
All RYDEX Driver Partners undergo strict verification prior to account activation by RYDEX Operations
Valid South African Driver's Licence (Code B or higher), alongside any licence, permit or regulatory requirement determined to apply following formal legal and regulatory confirmation.
South African Smart ID Card or valid passport with permanent residency permit.
Clear criminal background screening via Afiswitch / SAPS police verification.
Every Driver Partner must successfully complete a professional advanced or defensive-driving course and practical assessment through a RYDEX-approved training provider before activation.
